Potential Bilic replacements
Come Christmas (if not before) -- when Slaven gets tinned -- who do we think we will be charged with trying to save us?

Curbishley
Brooking
Redknapp
Poyet
Di Canio
Benetiz (as he will have been sacked by Madrid by then)

Going to need to be a quick impact replacement as we could well be cut adrift by then.

Bilic hasn't had an incredible start, but he deserves a bit of patience. So calm down batty, you big gay.

I think potential owner replacements would be better than this.

Re: Potential Bilic replacements
I agreed before, the individual errors were uncharacteristic ( Cresswell does have a few up sleeve - Yes I know Hammer of the Year blah blah blah so can't be criticised)

I'm just praying Ogbonna is better than what I've seen so far and it's just a settling in period. Because his performance in the first half was nothing short of amateur.

Like somebody else has mentioned, 3 more players might change the complexity, but now Song looks to have fallen through and we won't pay the fee for Austin (or even worse don't want him).

On the plus side, being out of Europe and the League Cup already we can put all our resources into staying up.

Yes they weren't very good but the goals were easy to blame on our full backs 2 a piece. Maybe the 3rd is harsh on Jenks but I have an abiding memory of him sliding past on his arse as the forward picked where to slot the goal.

New players need help to fit in but the established players let the side down far worse. The point is though that blaming the manager for two defeats when he does not have a fully fit squad to have a chance to compete with, is not something I am comfortable blaming Bilic for.

We have had months to buy a decent striker but have been turning our noses up and making cheap offers hoping for someone to drop into our hands. I said last month that sometimes you just have to pay the price asked. Sullivan never does that it is obvious.

So Adebayor, Antonio and Barton should improve the squad shouldn't it? Looking more like QPR to me...

Batty,

Valencia has just issued an apology to the club on the official site regarding the story he wasn't being looked after properly.

Re: Potential Bilic replacements

I hope you're right.

When we say get our strikers back... Valencia wants his injury to heal naturally... club not supporting him etc. Carroll is a crock...

I'm just getting the knicker wetting in early before the rush at Christmas

Re: Potential Bilic replacements
Rubbish b_l_b_b. We lost because of bad defending from the defenders that were here last year. We had little up front and got over run. The team was largely BFS's.

The new manager hasn't got a fit squad to pick from since Arsenal game. Starting with Nolan and then bringing on Jarvis and Maiga (even though he scored) was not what we should be expecting to play.

And to say that Maiga is still our only 100% fit striker or partially injured Sakho with legal problems piling up on his mind, things aren't going to improve any time soon. That is the fault of our directors....

Batty, put your wet knickers back on and get a grip of the
reality of the situation.
